Champignon pizza with (plantbased) chicken

Ingredients for 1 person:⁣⁣
– 2 tbsp Italian herbs, dried
– ½ can of tomato paste⁣⁣
– 50 g Tomato sauce (passata)⁣⁣
– ½ Onion⁣⁣
– 1 Cauliflower pizza base (Magioni)⁣⁣
– 60 g Mushrooms⁣⁣
– 50 g Vegetarian chicken pieces⁣⁣
– 3 tbsp grated cheese
– 1 tbsp curry ketchup

1. Preheat the oven to 220 °C.⁣⁣
2. Cut the onion into rings and the mushrooms into slices. Place cauliflower pizza base in the oven for 2 minutes.⁣⁣
3. Meanwhile, mix the tomato paste, tomato sauce and Italian herbs, with salt and pepper to taste.⁣⁣
4. Remove the cauliflower pizza base from the oven, spread with tomato sauce, top with vegetarian chicken pieces, onion, mushrooms, curry ketchup and grated cheese, and heat in the oven for a further 8 minutes.⁣⁣

Tip: Delicious with freshly cut basil and/or sriracha sauce.
