How often do we have 1:1 coaching sessions?
The coaching sessions are designed to be flexible and based on your needs. We typically conduct 1:1 coaching sessions through video calls as needed, which can be scheduled weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on what suits you and your situation best.

Besides our scheduled 1:1 in depth coaching sessions, there are plenty of additional contact moments and a variety of ways to check in with each other frequently, to make sure you get the accountability and support you need to reach your goals.

Is there a contract or minimum commitment period?
No, there is no fixed contract or minimum commitment period and the decision to continue our coaching journey remains entirely in your hands. I encourage you to stay because you genuinely see the value and impact of our collaboration rather than being bound by a strict contract. That said, I do recommend giving it the time it deserves, and a minimum of 6 months, in order to allow for substantial progress and sustainable development. I believe that meaningful change often takes time, and a more extended commitment increases the likelihood of achieving your desired outcomes. It’s about prioritizing lasting results over quick fixes and, more importantly, honoring yourself and your health for the long haul. By doing it the right way, you set the foundation for results that last, and you may find that you only need to embark on this journey once.
Can you accommodate my specific dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, paleo, keto)?
Absolutely. I am here to customize our coaching to ensure it suits your lifestyle and preferences while also supporting your health and fitness goals. Your journey is personal, and I’m committed to tailoring our approach to fit seamlessly with what resonates with you.
Do I have to follow a meal plan?
I rarely prescribe meal plans, and if I do its always with the motto : “The goal of a meal plan is to not need a meal plan”. A meal plan can be a great tool, but it is just one tool out of many. In my opinion, working with a coach is much more valuable when you are working on strategies to overcome your obstacles to eating right versus just having someone tell you what to eat. When working with me, you never have to do anything, together we will have a look at your individual situation and find the best strategy for you.
