Carrot-Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients for 1 serving:
– 1 tsp Cinnamon
– 50 g Carrots (grated)
– tbsp Honey
– 4 tbsp Oatmeal (fine flakes)
– 200 g Cottage cheese (soy, Alpro)
– 10 g Walnuts

1. Grate the carrots. Mix the cottage cheese, cinnamon, oatmeal, honey and carrots in a bowl and spoon into a sealable jar.
2. Seal the jar and put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
3. Then sprinkle the walnuts over it.

Tip: Spoon the honey on top of the yogurt, instead of mixing it with the rest of the mixture.
