I teach to how to get out of your own way, how to deal with perfectionism, all or nothing mindset, negative self talk and how to cultivate a mindset that champions progress over perfection.

It’s not about being able to stick to your healthy habits or stay dedicated to your goals when life is going “ perfectly “ – it is about learning the skills needed in order to be in control of your nutrition/healthy habits in critical (day to day) situations. Quite literally, when life happens.

Understanding why you do things empowers you to take control of your actions and it puts you in charge of making positive changes. How to get started with 1:1 Coaching
Hey there! Before we kick off our coaching sessions laying down the foundation for our journey is key. Let’s go through the steps to get us started.

Apply for coaching
The coaching process begins with an initial consultation, conducted through a video call. During this call, we will discuss your goals, needs, preferences, and any specific challenges or concerns you may have related to nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle. A consultation is always for free and you are not binding yourself to anything. It is simply to get to know each other, make sure we are a match, and explore how I can help you. It is also a great opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

Goal setting
Following the consultation, we will work together to set clear, realistic, and personalized goals. These goals can range from weight loss or muscle gain to improving overall health and well-being as well as relationship to food and your body. I will assess your current fitness level, dietary habits, and lifestyle. This may involve questionnaires, food diaries, fitness assessments, as well as health and dieting history.

Personalized plan development
Based on the assessment, I will (together with you) develop a customized plan that includes nutrition guidance, workout routines, and lifestyle recommendations. This plan aligns with your goals, taking into account your dietary (and lifestyle) preferences, exercise experience, and any restrictions or special considerations. Of course we make sure that this plan is flexible enough to be easily integrated into your life. The best strategies for change are adaptable to you. The worst strategies for change tell you to suck it up and follow directions if you want results. I help my clients to create structure AND flexibility.
