How often do we have 1:1 coaching sessions?
Besides our scheduled 1:1 in depth coaching sessions, there are plenty of additional contact moments and a variety of ways to check in with each other frequently, to make sure you get the accountability and support you need to reach your goals.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment period?
Can you accommodate my specific dietary preferences (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, paleo, keto)?
Do I have to follow a meal plan?
