My background

My background as a competitive bikini fitness athlete, my own past challenges with food and body, and my experience living and teaching the Intuitive Eating framework, has made me an extremely well-rounded coach with a completely unique approach.

Compassionate weight management is my jam

What I mean with that is…I absolutely love physique goals and am very passionate about sustainable fat loss if that’s what you want, but we must remember that your body is the least interesting thing about you & says nothing about your value as a human being 😘

No matter if your goal is fat loss or muscle building, or simply creating healthy habits and improving your lifestyle, I believe it should be done alongside creating a peaceful relationship to food and your body. This is what makes my coaching unique. Yes, we might have physique goals, but the results and transformation goes way beyond the physical. We work on self acceptance, mindfulness, a positive body image, and making peace with food. We learn how to be kind to ourselves in the process and we get results while living our best life.

My goal is your goal

I don’t do deprivation or restriction – no, not even when your goal is weight loss. I will show you that you don’t need to sacrifice health for pleasure, or pleasure for health. In fact, pleasure and satisfaction, especially with food, is a crucial component to being successful with your nutrition. You do not have to suffer, and you really can have it all while reaching your goals.

I offer a judgment free zone, a lot of compassion, empathy and understanding, mixed with some tough love when needed – to bring out the best in you! I will always want the best for you, and I will always give you my 200%. Together we are a team, and we can make great things happen!

My Mission

I am on a mission to transform the way you approach health fitness and dieting. I truly believe that everyone deserves to feel their best and live their best life. To feel happy, strong and powerful, in both body AND mind. A coaching journey with me is a little like soul searching. Together we will find out what sets your heart on fire when it comes to food, to movement, to health, to feeling fit, happy and strong.

That said, my mission is 3 fold:

Destroy diet culture and debunk diet myths

The industry is full of mis information, myths and fads, and it is my mission to spread and teach knowledge based on truth and science – so that YOU can learn to feel free in your body and with food.

Show you a new way to reach your goals

A way that includes self compassion, empowered choices, enjoying the process, and of course – sustainable results

3.

Teach you how to never fall off track again

I never want you to feel like you are “on or off a diet”. It is time to end yoyo dieting forever and make this a lifestyle you love and can stick to for life.

My Story

From going on my first diet when I was 15 and developing disordered eating, to competing in bodybuilding, to embracing Intuitive Eating and making peace with food and my body. Mindset Mastery

The heart of my coaching and the most underrated aspect of health and true transformation – your mindset. True change comes from within. I teach to how to get out of your own way, how to deal with perfectionism, all or nothing mindset, negative self talk and how to cultivate a mindset that champions progress over perfection.

Lifestyle integration

It’s not about being able to stick to your healthy habits or stay dedicated to your goals when life is going “ perfectly “ – it is about learning the skills needed in order to be in control of your nutrition/healthy habits in critical (day to day) situations. Quite literally, when life happens.

Education & Empowerment

Understanding why you do things empowers you to take control of your actions and it puts you in charge of making positive changes. Through additional resources and support such as recipes, handouts, e-books, videos, PDFs, or articles, I do my best to actively educate you on topics relating to you and your goals and why we do things the way we do.

Personal

My coaching is no 1 size fits all. It’s personal and 100% individualized. I highly value personal connection and believe in a coach/client relationship based on openness, honesty, vulnerability and mutual respect. You are never just a client or “just one of many”. We build a strong relationship and I see and care about YOU as an individual, with your own unique needs, preferences and circumstances.

Ongoing support

We are team! Change is a journey that requires both determination and a supportive network. As your coach, I am here to be an integral part of that network, offering a steady presence, insights, and tools to help you navigate both the highs and the lows. Aside from regular check-ins and coaching sessions, I am also available whenever you need me to provide guidance, motivation, accountability and emotional support.

Much of my coaching is based on the principles of Intuitive Eating, including but not limited to: mindful eating, learning strategies to recognize hunger and fullness, overcome emotional eating, replace diet mentality with a caring attitude towards your body and mind, finding satisfaction in food, making peace with food and removing food rules and guilt around eating.

Many of my clients re-discover their love for food and learn how to incorporate their favourite foods more often instead of avoiding them.

As I always say, A temporary way of eating & living only yields temporary results. For sustainable change, it’s important that you learn everything about what, how, when and how much to eat in order to fuel your body in a way that aligns with your personal goals and values. And that you truly enjoy it!

There is this feeling of freedom to choose - and I also know that I can have fun and enjoy myself without overeating. There is no guilt or anxiety. No more black and white thinking.
